Health Integration Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Health Integration Specialist to join our team at Amazon Kaiserslautern GmbH. As a key member of our Workplace Health and Safety team, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful reintegration of employees who have been absent due to illness or injury.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized reintegration plans for employees, working closely with them to identify and address any barriers to their return to work.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations teams, HR, and safety departments, to ensure a seamless and supportive reintegration process.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of employees' needs and develop tailored support plans to facilitate their successful return to work.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees throughout the reintegration process, addressing any concerns or challenges they may face.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of reintegration cases, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external service providers, as needed, to support the reintegration process.
  • Lead and coordinate reintegration teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the reintegration process.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in a social, healthcare, or medical field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and employee satisfaction.
  • Fluency in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience as a BEM case manager or similar role.
  • Educational background in a relevant field, such as disability management or occupational health.
  • Additional language skills, such as Turkish, Arabic, or Russian.
