Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Xelvin. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team of 3D coordinators and external engineering firms within your area of expertise. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the successful delivery of projects within budget and on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate a team of 3D coordinators and external engineering firms to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution and delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the maritime industry.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in 3D CAD software, such as CADMATIC Outfitting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership skills: Proven leadership experience and ability to effectively lead and manage teams.
  • Communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
