We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Resource Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about HR and office management to take on a challenging role and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in further process optimizations and support resource demand processes to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure quality assurance and processing of resource requests, such as reporting, to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Conduct and follow-up on decision-making meetings with management to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the annual demand planning in coordination with the Controlling department to drive business growth and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Completed studies in Economics, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience in Human Resources and project management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Knowledge of HR management systems (MS Dynamics) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated and dedicated personality with a strong work ethic.
