Ihre Aufgaben

Als Vertriebsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Bereich der Paketshop-Erweiterung sind Sie ein wichtiger Teil unseres Teams und tragen aktiv zur Entwicklung unseres größten Paketnetzwerks in Europa bei. Ihre Hauptverantwortung liegt in der Akquise neuer Pickup Paketshop Standorte in Ihrem zugewiesenen Gebiet.

Ihre Tätigkeiten im Detail
  • Eigenverantwortliche Planung und Durchführung Ihrer täglichen Aufgaben.
  • Aktive Mitwirkung an Prozessoptimierungen und Sicherstellung der Qualität.
  • Erfassung und Reporting Ihrer Erfolge über moderne Softwarelösungen wie Salesforce und Microsoft 365.
  • Beobachtung der Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklung sowie Einleitung notwendiger Maßnahmen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen wie Geomarketing, Innendienst und dem Trainingsteam.
Ihr Profil

Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit und haben Erfahrung im Bereich Promotion, Kundengewinnung oder Vertrieb. Ihre Vertriebsaffinität sowie Ihre hohe soziale Kompetenz und Teamfähigkeit zeichnen Sie aus. Zudem sind Sie bereit zu reisen und flexibel, mit der Möglichkeit, an mindestens drei Tagen pro Woche mobil zu arbeiten.
