Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated C/C++ Software Developer to join our digital team in Heinsberg, Berlin, or remotely. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for realizing functional and non-functional requirements in software, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing and maintaining multi-platform software.
Key Responsibilities- Accountable for software development and integration with embedded systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration
- Develop and maintain multi-platform software
- Create and execute test plans to ensure software quality and reliability
- Utilize scripting languages to automate repetitive tasks and improve development efficiency
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
- Hard skills in software development
- Strong analytical and technical understanding
- Fluent English skills
- Ability to work in a global environment with diversified cultures
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Relevant certifications in Linux administration or embedded systems development
- Proven 3+ years of experience in software development using Linux OS
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++ including C++17 or higher
- Secondary knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl, Bash) for automation and testing
