About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Security Engineer - Meister / Techniker to join our team in Rendsburg. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure network architectures, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure network architectures, including firewalls, routing, and switching.
• Collaborate with our CERT team to analyze and respond to security incidents.
• Develop and maintain network security policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in the development and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Requirements

• Technical degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in network security, with a focus on firewall and information security.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with security frameworks, such as NIST or ISO 27001.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
