We're looking for a talented Senior Product Designer to join our team and help us create intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing products that make a real impact.
About the Role- Design and develop user interfaces for our software solutions that support companies in their transition to Net Zero.
- Collaborate closely with our product team and CPO to understand and implement our product vision and strategy.
- Lead the design process from concept to implementation, including wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Apply user-centered design principles to ensure that the needs and expectations of our users are at the forefront.
- Work within our established dual-track agile methodology to seamlessly integrate design and development.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
- Analyze market trends and user feedback to develop innovative design solutions.
- Ensure high design and quality standards throughout the product development process.
- More than 3 years of experience as a product designer, preferably in a SaaS company or B2B environment.
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing software products.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design and experience with the dual-track agile methodology.
- Excellent skills in using design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Passion for sustainability and a desire to make a positive impact on the world.
