About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at STRABAG AG Direktion Nord. As a Project Manager for Tank Station and Industrial Construction, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of our construction projects in the tank station and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals, including engineers, technicians, and craftsmen, to achieve project goals.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and develop contingency plans to ensure that projects are completed successfully.
  • Ensure that all project documentation, including reports, minutes, and records, are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in a field such as engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other project management software, such as iTWO.
