We invite you to explore an exciting opportunity as an HR Specialist at a leading company in the field of steel and metal recycling. Join a dedicated team focused on the sustainable recycling of scrap materials.

Your Responsibilities:
  • As an HR Specialist, you will oversee the planning, execution, and management of personnel measures for approximately 300 employees across multiple locations.
  • You will provide support to both specialists and management on HR-related inquiries and take charge of recruitment efforts in the RheinRuhr region.
  • You will serve as a point of contact for workplace co-determination issues and strategically implement HR tools.
  • In addition to your core responsibilities, you will engage in various HR projects.
Your Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience post-degree or 5 years post-apprenticeship in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor and collective bargaining law is essential.
  • A valid Class B driver's license for occasional travel within the RheinRuhr area.
  • Key attributes include social competence, a service-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and an independent, structured working style are required.
