Job Title: CNC Fräser (m/w/d)

Our esteemed client, GeAT - Erfurt, is seeking a dedicated CNC Fräser (m/w/d) to enhance their skilled workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Autonomous setup of CNC milling machines and centers to facilitate efficient production workflows.
• Installation of appropriate milling tools on the machinery.
• Programming CNC milling equipment in accordance with detailed technical guidelines.
• Conducting accurate measurements and quality assessments on produced components.
• Performing maintenance and diligent care of machining tools and equipment to maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Completed technical training in metal or mechanical engineering, such as CNC Fräser, CNC Turner, Toolmaker, Industrial Mechanic, Machining Mechanic, Material Tester, or Metalworker (m/w/d).
• Proficient knowledge and hands-on experience in CNC milling operations.
• Ability to interpret complex designs from 2D and 3D technical drawings.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.
• Strong motivation and commitment to quality work.
• Attention to detail and a conscientious approach to tasks.
