COREcruitment Ltd is a rapidly expanding data analytics strategy division, supporting over 55 entertainment venues across the UK. Our mission is to drive operational efficiency and inform strategic decisions through advanced data analytics.
**Job Summary**
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will support our data-driven decision-making process across our venues in Germany and the Netherlands. Your primary focus will be on building and utilizing data to optimize business operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Build and manage data analytics for 6 venues in Germany and 1 in the Netherlands.
* Develop and deliver insights to improve operational efficiency and support business optimization.
* Visit venues regularly to oversee data implementation and provide on-site support.
* Align data analytics with financial and operational strategies, ensuring cohesive execution.
* Utilize tools such as Power BI to generate and present data-driven insights.
* Collaborate with non-data stakeholders, participating in quarterly meetings and senior-level discussions.
* Travel as required to support the needs of various venues and stakeholders.
**Requirements**
* Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Power BI, Amazon QuikSight, Tableau, Qlik Sense.
* Experience in using data to improve real-world operations, mostly in service industry such as retail, factories or sport venues.
* Fluency in both German and English.
* Experience presenting data to non-technical audiences.
