Join Our Team as a Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at ROFU Kinderland Spielwaren GmbH. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and facing merchandise.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping experience.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
