Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Account Manager to join our team in the DACH region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the DACH region
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Account Management
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts in the DACH region
- Develop and implement account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
- Language Skills
- Excellent business German and good business English in both verbal and written
- Education and Experience
- Technical or commercial degree or comparable knowledge
- Proven sales and account management experience in the industrial camera technology sector
- Personal Qualities
