Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our Telesales team. As a key member of our sales management team, you will provide administrative support to our Telesales team managers and be the primary point of contact for all administrative matters related to telesales agents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to Telesales team managers, including coordination, information, and networking with office staff and telesales agents.
- Support the Telesales team in the creation of statistics and ensure compliance with specified guidelines.
- Process clarification cases, identify and forward customer enquiries, and take over CRM research, point system, and duplicate check.
- Ensure the processing of leads, lead submissions, preliminary enquiries, and other administrative tasks.
- Support the sales management in the creation of statistics and ensure compliance with specified guidelines.
- Provide assistance with the procurement of SEPA mandates and collateral, and advise on the interpretation of commercial and bank information.
- Take over box ordering and returns handling, contract confirmations and deposit fees, ticket creation and research, and analyses, including the creation of weekly statistics.
- Qualified and completed commercial training.
- High affinity for sales, with initial experience in sales desirable.
- Service-orientation and willingness to provide service.
- Open, positive communication behaviour.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office products.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Good understanding of numbers, abstraction skills, ideally experience with SAP R3 applications.
- Ability to work in a team, initiative, and commitment.
