Als Product Owner (m/w/d) für unsere Branchensoftware bist du ein wichtiger Bestandteil unseres Produktmanagements. Du arbeitest in einem agilen Team und bist maßgeblich an der Gestaltung unserer Software beteiligt. Deine Aufgaben umfassen:
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Umsetzung des Produktes und die Einhaltung der Zeitvorgaben der Roadmap.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanager und dem Softwarearchitekten.
- Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen dem agilen Entwicklungsteam und dem Produktmanagement.
- Du bist der fachliche Ansprechpartner für das Entwicklungsteam.
- Unterstützung des Teams beim Zugang zu fachkundigen Interessengruppen im Unternehmen.
- Schulung des Teams in den fachlichen Aspekten des Produktes.
- Erstellung von User Stories und Priorisierung des Backlogs.
- Verantwortung für das Releasemanagement in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement.
- Bereitstellung von Informationen über die Lösung, einschließlich Release Notes und Dokumentation.
Du bringst folgende Qualifikationen mit:
- Neugierde für technische Zusammenhänge und Software.
- Erste Erfahrungen im Produktmanagement oder als Product Owner sind von Vorteil.
- Interesse an agilen Methoden.
- Analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz.
- Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und schnelle Auffassungsgabe.
- Eigenverantwortung und Initiative.
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse in der Pflegebranche.
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium ist von Vorteil.
