About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Embedded Systems labs. As a Director of System Analysis and Labs, you will be responsible for leading a global team of engineers and technicians in developing innovative solutions for system pain points. Your team will work closely with customers and partners to drive engagement and support joint validation and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a global team of engineers and technicians in developing innovative solutions for system pain points
  • Drive engagement with customers and partners to support joint validation and development
  • Develop and implement lab procedures and safety protocols
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to drive long-term business success

Requirements

  • Passion for leading a global team of hardworking, innovative engineers and technicians
  • Understanding of lab procedures and safety protocols
  • Ability to get hands-on in the lab when called upon, with a good understanding of the team's needs and capabilities
  • Background in memory and storage in the context of embedded systems a major plus
  • History of successful customer engagement and a passion for future customer engagement
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts in a simple, clear, and concise manner
