Senior Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with each company's goals
* Translate market insights, customer needs, and business objectives into a compelling product roadmap
* Lead the setup of product teams from scratch, assessing the existing environment and recommending organizational structures that best support the company's product goals
* Engage with customers, gather feedback, and deeply understand their needs to shape product features and improvements
* Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and ensure successful product launches
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products
* Experience across different industries and company stages, including Series A to PE-backed companies
* Strong leadership and team collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams
* Proficient in using data to drive decisions, with a solid understanding of product analytics, A/B testing, experimentation, and customer segmentation
* Deep empathy for customers, with a commitment to delivering products that meet their needs and exceed their expectations
* Fluency in German and English is required
