Job Title: Tender & Bid Engineer (m/f/d)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tender & Bid Engineer to join our team at SeaRenergy Engineering. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and preparing proposal concepts for complex engineering projects in the offshore wind energy sector.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and prepare proposal concepts for complex engineering projects in the offshore wind energy sector
  • Formulate technical bid strategies and monitor the tender process to ensure deadlines are met
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to prepare technical proposals and commercial offers
  • Prepare technical calculations and project budgets
  • Identify technical opportunities and risks in the bidding process and initiate corrective actions as needed
  • Continuously improve technical processes and proposals to ensure maximum competitiveness during the bidding phase

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in engineering, preferably with a focus on offshore and renewable energy. You should have a minimum of 1 year experience in tender management, ideally in the offshore wind industry.
