Dynamic Storage Solutions Leader

The Kardex Group is a leading manufacturer of innovative logistics solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our SAP Competence Center Functional, ensuring the smooth operation of our ERP systems, and driving business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the SAP Competence Center Functional, ensuring seamless integration with our business operations.
  • Collaborate with our ERP implementation partner to identify and implement system changes, ensuring compliance with business needs and existing policies.
  • Develop and recommend solutions to address identified problems, driving business efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate 3rd level support provided by our ERP implementation partner, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Organize and lead ERP user support, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Your Profile:
  • Proven experience in managing ERP systems in international environments, with a strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and other ERP systems.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive business growth and development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
