Production Associate

Location: Hamm
Key Responsibilities:- Fabrication of reinforcement structures for various system components, including columns, walls, and foundations.
- Interpretation and analysis of technical schematics and blueprints.
- Independent assembly and construction of reinforcement structures by tying according to detailed specifications.
- Strong manual skills with a preference for prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience as a rebar fabricator is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in shift patterns.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team, demonstrating reliability and an independent work ethic post-training.
- Basic computer skills are beneficial.
