Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Communication Development: Spearhead the creation of tailored communication strategies and concepts, focusing on change communication to advance organizational goals and motivate action. Insightful Analysis: Recognize key issues and desired outcomes from communication efforts, utilizing data and insights to guide strategic decisions and enhance results. Content Creation Specialist: Oversee internal communication platforms, from developing compelling narratives to producing engaging content, ensuring alignment with editorial guidelines and brand identity. Advisory Role: Offer independent and proactive counsel on communication issues, assisting leadership in strategic planning and delivering targeted messages and formats. Collaborative Partner: Work alongside external service providers and agencies, managing relationships to deliver impactful communication solutions that resonate with our audience and drive business results. Business-Oriented Communicator: Grasp the core business objectives behind communication strategies, translating them into actionable plans that foster organizational success.Preferred Qualifications:
Dependability and Initiative: Proven track record of reliability, goal orientation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, showcasing a strong degree of initiative in meeting objectives. Data Integrity: Demonstrate trustworthy management of sensitive information, upholding confidentiality and integrity in all communication-related activities. Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong spelling and grammar capabilities, facilitating the seamless creation and delivery of communication materials. Language Proficiency: Fluent in both German and English, enabling effective communication across diverse audiences and channels. Educational Credentials: Bachelor's degree in communication sciences, media studies, journalism, or a related discipline, providing a solid foundation for success in this role. Strategic Experience: Initial professional background in communication, consulting, or strategy development, with the ability to effectively engage with internal decision-making groups. Adaptability and Creativity: Exhibit a keen awareness of topics and trends, coupled with exceptional communication skills and the ability to tailor messages to various target groups effectively.
