Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee properties on-site while maintaining active communication with boards and property owners
• Plan and facilitate owners' meetings
• Prepare and supervise maintenance activities
• Gather cost estimates, assess them, and conduct invoice evaluations with boards and auditors
• Review invoices impartially and authorize them for payment
• Manage and process damage claims independently, collaborating with the insurance project team or broker to ensure adherence to processes and timelines

Your Qualifications:

• Several years of experience in condominium management, with a strong understanding of condominium legislation being beneficial
• Completion of real estate or commercial training
• Proficiency in the German language, both written and spoken
• A collaborative mindset, excellent communication abilities, and a strong service orientation
