Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Agent to join our team at Europa-Park Erlebnis-Resort. As a key member of our reservations team, you will be responsible for processing incoming reservations and inquiries from guests, managing bookings in our reservation system, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage incoming reservations and inquiries from guests, ensuring accurate and timely responses
  • Manage bookings in our reservation system, ensuring up-to-date information and efficient room inventory management
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as reception and events, to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and software systems to ensure efficient and accurate reservations management

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or hospitality background, with a strong understanding of hotel operations and reservation systems
  • Fluency in German and French, with knowledge of English a plus
  • Proficiency in hotel reservation software and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for hospitality and customer service, with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
