Kooku Recruiting GmbH is in search of a Senior Account Executive to enhance our sales team in Germany. As a Senior Account Executive focusing on Strategic Accounts in the DACH region, you will be responsible for developing and implementing outbound strategies in collaboration with Partnerships, Marketing, and Sales Development Representatives to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop expertise in employee communication and engagement methodologies.
  • Secure new business opportunities and drive revenue at or above quota levels.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Kooku Recruiting GmbH.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee and manage intricate sales processes while utilizing necessary resources.
  • Collaborate effectively with Marketing and Customer Success teams.
  • Contribute innovative strategies and ideas to promote our company's values, unique culture, and vision for the future.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in both German and English is essential.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS Enterprise sales, consistently achieving and surpassing targets, preferably in web technology, collaboration, communication, or innovative online product sectors.
  • A Bachelor's degree, MBA, and/or sales training certification is advantageous.
  • Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment is preferred.
  • Proven track record of working with communications teams, IT, HR, and C-level executives.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to listen and understand client needs.
  • A strong sense of passion, humor, and enthusiasm.
  • Exceptional communication and closing abilities.
