About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team at LOSCH Luxembourg as a Verkaufsberater Neufahrzeuge (VW Sales Consultant). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance: Proactively sell new VW vehicles, as well as used cars, to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Acquisition and Retention: Identify and acquire new customers, while maintaining and nurturing existing relationships to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service, including creating sales proposals, conducting test drives, and delivering vehicles with comprehensive handovers.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.

Your Profile:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Relevant Qualifications: A completed CATP/DAP training in the commercial sector or equivalent.Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the automotive industry, including sales, marketing, and customer service principles.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.Business Acumen: A strong understanding of sales strategies, market trends, and customer needs to drive business growth and profitability.Language Skills: Fluency in German and French, with a strong understanding of Luxembourgish and English.
