About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our team at Utimaco. As a Finance Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the operative day-to-day business of our accounting department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development, maintenance, and documentation of financial reports
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Contribute to the further development of finance processes and the creation of analysis
  • Support the assessment of issues according to international accounting standards (IFRS)

Requirements

  • Enrolled student of business administration or a comparable course of study
  • Strong understanding of numbers and good analytical skills
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel
  • High level of initiative and commitment, as well as teamwork and social skills
  • Fluent written and spoken German
  • Basic English
