About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Fahrradmonteur apprentice. As a Fahrradmonteur, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining bicycles and e-bikes, as well as providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and master the skills required to repair and maintain bicycles and e-bikes
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques

• Be passionate about bicycles and two-wheeled technology
• Have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently
• Be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
