Ihre Aufgaben
  • Die Umstrukturierung der Dokumentationshierarchie im Ixiasoft CMS (DITA-Standard) ist eine Herausforderung, die Sie mit Ihren Fähigkeiten meistern können.
  • Wir suchen nach jemandem, der Hilfethemen aus verschiedenen Produkten zusammenführen kann, um eine konsistente und benutzerfreundliche Unterstützung zu bieten.
  • Die Überarbeitung bestehender Hilfeartikel auf Relevanz, Genauigkeit und Barrierefreiheit ist ein wichtiger Aspekt Ihrer Arbeit.
  • Regelmäßige Teilnahme an Meetings ist erforderlich, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Beteiligten auf dem gleichen Stand sind.
Ihr Profil
  • Erfahrung in der Strukturierung komplexer Informationen auf logische und verständliche Weise ist ein wichtiger Vorteil.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Unterstützungsmaterialien für verschiedene Zielgruppen ist erforderlich.
  • Ausgezeichnete Schreib-, Bearbeitungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sind unerlässlich, um unsere Unterstützung zu verbessern.
  • Fließendes Englisch (Deutsch von Vorteil) ist erforderlich, um unsere internationale Kundenbasis zu bedienen.
  • Benutzerorientierte Denkweise und die Bereitschaft, die eigene Arbeit mit realen Nutzern zu testen, sind wichtige Aspekte Ihrer Arbeit.
  • Selbstständigkeit, Kritikdenken und Problemlösungsfähigkeit sind unerlässlich, um unsere Unterstützung zu verbessern.
  • Erfahrung mit TS-Systemen ist von Vorteil, um unsere Technologie zu verstehen.
