We are seeking a Production Assistant (m/w/d) to join our team at Schaffrin Personalmanagement GmbH.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production process, including machine operation and maintenance
- Perform quality control checks and make necessary adjustments
- Package and prepare products for shipping
- Perform general production tasks as needed
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role is an asset
- Ability to work a 2/3 shift schedule
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing and lifting
