Human Resources Data Analyst

The HR Data Insights Analyst will play a crucial role in performing data evaluations, generating analytical reports, and crafting dashboards to provide actionable insights that support human resources functions and strategies. This position ensures that HR data is reliable, comprehensive, consistent, and readily available throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and strong skills in data visualization.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the formulation and execution of Bauer's HR Data Strategy. Extract, transform, and analyze data from HR Information Systems (SAP SuccessFactors) while also exploring data from new sources as needed. Conduct data gathering initiatives when necessary (e.g., surveys). Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify their requirements and needs for HR data analysis. Create and sustain HR reports and dashboards utilizing diverse analytical tools (SAP SuccessFactors, Power BI). Recognize opportunities for enhancing processes, improving data quality, and automating tasks. Grasp stakeholders' needs and effectively communicate insights and recommendations in a clear and concise manner. Support ongoing project initiatives such as ESG Reporting, HR Management Dashboard, and Activity Analysis.Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., statistics, mathematics, computer science, economics). A minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors (end-to-end) and data analysis, preferably in an HR analytics role. Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple tasks and projects concurrently. A proactive mindset, a hands-on approach, and an openness to diverse working cultures. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), with experience in SQL and Python being advantageous.
