Job Title: Automotive Transformation Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Transformation Consultant to join our team at KPMG. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients in the automotive industry, helping them to navigate the complexities of digital transformation and achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital transformation strategies for automotive clients, leveraging your expertise in IT, software, and management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality consulting services, including process optimization, IT implementation, and change management.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and develop tailored solutions to address their business challenges.
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise to clients on digital transformation trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, computer science, or engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital transformation, IT consulting, or a related field, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality consulting services, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, SAFE, and ASPICE methodologies, with experience in IT service management and software development.
