Job Description:

We are seeking a Bezirksleiter:in Oberbau (w/m/d) for the DB InfraGO AG at the Gemünden (Main) location.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will assume the technical and disciplinary leadership of the employees in the assigned district Gemünden.
  • You are responsible for the assigned facilities (according to territorial facility allocation) in the field of Oberbau.
  • You will conduct inspections in accordance with the relevant guidelines, including the creation of findings in SAP R/3 Netz for assigned orders.
  • You are responsible for evaluating the inspection results of operational employees, including documentation and determination of follow-up measures, as well as their implementation in accordance with applicable guidelines.
  • You will ensure the implementation of measures within the assigned budget, as well as construction measures within the defined scope of self-performance and secondary construction supervision.
  • You are responsible for managing technical facility management, including updating the facility inventory.
  • You will analyze operational restrictions and initiate countermeasures, as well as plan cost centers and develop a concept for education planning for your own field.
  • You are responsible for safety surveillance/safety planning (self-safety).

Your Profile:

  • You have a successfully completed degree as a civil engineer, transportation engineer, or a comparable qualification.
  • You have extensive knowledge of railway-specific Oberbau - ideally, you already have the qualification as Bezirksleiter:in with facility responsibility.
  • You convince through pronounced responsibility, assertiveness, flexibility, and high stress tolerance, self-initiative, and goal orientation.
  • Your work style is independent, and you demonstrate team ability, as well as economic thinking and action.
  • You hold a valid driver's license of class B.
  • You bring the suitability for work in the track area (to be checked by a company doctor) or are willing to acquire it.
  • You are proficient in common IT applications and willing to learn SAP R/3 Netz.
