We are seeking a committed professional to play an essential role within our laboratory environment. In this position, you will be tasked with the processing of laboratory specimens to support healthcare professionals in their diagnostic and treatment planning efforts. Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Collection, processing, and distribution of samples during the pre-analytical phase
• Preparation of specimens and inputting requirements into the laboratory information management system
• Operation, maintenance, and servicing of analytical instruments
• Conducting laboratory tests in Clinical Chemistry, Immunology, Hematology, Coagulation Diagnostics, and Immunohematology
• Engaging with sample senders for effective communication
• Executing quality control assessments and verifying the accuracy of data and materials
• Implementing quality assurance protocols

Qualifications:

We are looking for a collaborative individual who can work autonomously while delivering exceptional service within our laboratory operations. Additionally, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A recognized and completed qualification as a Medical Technical Assistant (MTA)
• Proficient German language skills, both spoken and written
• Fundamental technical knowledge and familiarity with IT systems
• Flexibility to work late, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
