Position Overview

LWL is in search of a committed individual to fill the role of a Practical Educator. This position entails:

Mentoring students in hands-on environments by delivering suitable guidance
Supporting students with their educational assignments
Serving as an examiner during practical assessments
Regularly interacting with students to review their educational development
Creating instructional scenarios utilizing diverse methodologies aligned with the curriculum
Coordinating meetings and workshops for practical educators
Engaging in training sessions and professional development workshops

Qualifications:

Completion of nursing education
Certification as a practical educator or a willingness to pursue it
A minimum of two years of professional experience
A passion for training and mentoring students
Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination abilities
Capability to design, implement, and refine educational instructions for skill enhancement in nursing
Team-oriented and collaborative approach
Strong pedagogical skills
