Robotics Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of robotic modules and small system projects. As a key member of our Intelligent Solutions Applications Team, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional engineering teams to complete projects within time, budget, scope, and quality requirements.
Your Responsibilities- Develop and execute project development plans, including action lists, risk registers, changelogs, cost plans, and other project management tools.
- Break down work packages within the project team and ensure task completion.
- Ensure all project team members and stakeholders are aware of project objectives and deliverables.
- Establish and maintain effective communication among project members and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks, and present project status to project teams and management.
- Minimum 3+ years of project management experience in robotics, electronics, automotive, or IT industries.
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or relevant work experience and evidence of exceptional ability.
- Professional experience in robotic application or system development projects, as well as in waterfall or agile project management.
- Proven track record of delivering projects from requirement to launch phase.
- Good technical understanding of electronic hardware and embedded software or complex IT products, preferably for robotic or electronic systems.
- Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and troubleshooting.
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal initiative, commitment, perseverance, and resilience.
- Proficient communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes up to 30% of the time.
