Position: SUPPORT WORKER OR EDUCATOR (m/f/d) for Home Care ServicesKey Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and support in daily living activities and various life situations.
  • Assist individuals facing psychiatric challenges and promote their well-being.
  • Organize household tasks and ensure a comfortable living environment.
  • Facilitate social integration and help prevent feelings of isolation.
  • Engage creatively in developing tailored activities and support plans.
Qualifications:
  • Completed training as a healthcare assistant, educator, or a related qualification.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to build meaningful relationships.
  • Effective communication abilities and familiarity with various conversational techniques.
  • Flexibility to work during afternoons and evenings as required.
  • Valid driver's license (Class B) is preferred.
