ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Student Assistant to support our team in the preparation and implementation of various event formats. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining our database, conducting research in the education sector, supporting social media channels, analyzing surveys and news clippings, and contributing to the team's day-to-day work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a bachelor's or master's student with at least two years of study remaining after your start date at BCG. You should be confident in your ability to work with MS Office programs and have excellent communication skills in German and English. Experience in the event sector and basic business knowledge are also desirable.

TEAM DYNAMICS

You will be part of a dynamic and motivated team distributed across our Munich and Düsseldorf offices. Your key contacts will be based in our Munich office, and our team culture is characterized by mutual support, active exchange of experience, and strong trust.
