Senior Engineer Requirements Analysis Specialist

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer Requirements Analysis Specialist to join our team at Clarios. As a key member of our Engineering & Product Development team, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing requirements from stakeholders, users, and customers, and ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers and the business.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collect and analyze requirements from stakeholders, users, and customers to ensure that our products meet their needs.
  • Reconcile competing customer demands and prioritize requirements based on their importance and dependencies.
  • Document requirements in a clear and concise manner, using tools such as JAMA connect and ReqMan.
  • Validate requirements to ensure that they are clear, complete, and implementable.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineering, technical sales, and program management, to ensure that requirements are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve our products and processes.

**Requirements:**

  • Master's degree in engineering, materials science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a development role or advanced engineering role.
  • Strong knowledge of battery systems, subsystems, and components, including Li-ion and lead acid batteries.
  • Experience with requirements management tools, such as JAMA connect and ReqMan.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
