Senior Consultant for Digital Finance Solutions

With extensive expertise in finance and accounting, you will work alongside your team in the Accounting & Process Advisory sector to advise our national and international clients. As a trusted advisor, you will assist our clients with various issues in the accounting and reporting domain, including the transition from local GAAP to IFRS or adapting to new accounting standards.
Your Responsibilities

- As a Senior Consultant (m/f/d) in the field of Digital Finance Solutions, you will manage specific workstreams and coordinate them independently in consultation with project leadership.
- You will advise our clients in both national and international projects, supporting all phases from acquisition to project completion.
- Your previous experience will provide you with insights into current topics, allowing you to independently conduct parts of the value chain—from process analysis to the development of recommendations and the design and implementation of solutions.
- Your meticulous work ethic and commitment will establish you as a respected partner to both clients and colleagues.
- In addition to ensuring successful project execution, you will facilitate the professional and personal development of junior team members.
- You will assist in identifying topics that could enhance your team's future solution portfolio.
- To become a Senior Consultant (m/f/d) in Digital Finance Solutions, you should possess a degree in business administration, business informatics, or a related field, ideally with a focus on finance and accounting or controlling.
- You should have gained initial professional experience (approximately 2 years) in automating business processes, preferably within a consulting firm.
- A strong affinity for topics such as digitalization, automation, and technology, along with good analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills, is essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and a fundamental interest in IT topics are required.
- Your empathetic personality, clear objectives, entrepreneurial mindset, and hands-on approach will set you apart.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English, along with a willingness to travel, are essential qualifications.
