Key ResponsibilitiesAs an experienced Product Designer, you will spearhead the design initiatives across various early-stage projects within our portfolio.
Your role will involve steering and executing the product design workflow, with a strong emphasis on user experience (UX), user interface (UI), and user testing, while also engaging in a variety of related tasks. You will play a crucial role during the initial business modeling phase, collaborating with the business team to craft compelling propositions for our customers and end-users by providing insights into essential design and interaction processes.
From the initial mock-ups, you will consistently validate each design phase throughout the development process, engaging with customers and end-users to gather objective feedback on how effectively our products resonate with target demographics. During the development stage, you will support engineers in converting UI mock-ups into tangible products by offering UI guidelines, conducting prototype reviews, and performing UI/UX validation activities until the product is ready for launch.
Given the diverse user groups we cater to in the digital healthcare space, we often face the challenge of altering established user behaviors or motivating them to achieve specific goals. Our products frequently undergo significant transformations until we arrive at a solution we believe in. Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead product design efforts across our portfolio ventures, from initial discovery to market readiness.
- Conduct UX research, validate usability, and synthesize customer feedback.
- Develop design systems, UI designs, and prototypes.
- Engage in Scrum and agile practices, collaborating with product managers and engineers.
- Understand requirements and best practices for web and mobile applications.
Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with health tech experience being advantageous.
- A proven ability to translate abstract business and customer needs into engaging products, supported by a strong portfolio.
- Demonstrated proficiency with standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) for creating wireframes, user flows, mock-ups, and prototypes. Experience with no-code tools for early mock-ups is a plus.
- Strong empathy for business modeling and engagement strategies.
- A meticulous approach to detail.
- Ideally situated within the CET time zone.
- Experience in start-ups or scale-ups is a plus.
- Background in UX & Product Research is highly desirable.
- Experience in Software Development & Research is preferred.
