Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support workstreams that unlock enterprise value, enable change, and drive business outcomes.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement key programs around Compensation, Benefits, Diversity, and Colleague and Labor relations.
  • Develop and execute a local market strategy around career growth, including playing a key role in our Leadership Community.
  • Strengthen colleagues' capabilities by building a learning strategy that incorporates innovative learning solutions.
  • Partner with Global Talent Acquisition to use recruitment insights to advise and drive the market talent strategy.
  • Support the evolution of an inclusive Benefits strategy to meet the current and future needs of colleagues.
Requirements:
  • University degree in an applicable field of study.
  • High drive for decision-making & results, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of leading and successfully delivering large-scale strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Knowledge or experience around Talent Management & Learning.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills, proven ability to work across all levels of the organization in a matrixed structure.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing data.
  • Fluent in German and English.
