IT Process Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Process Consultant to join our team at ABOUT YOU. As a key member of our IT Business Development Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of our projects and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with stakeholders to gain insights into their way of working and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure continuous improvement within teams by moderating regular retrospectives and workshops.
- Develop and implement lean process optimization strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our tech organization and implement change management initiatives.
- Provide problem-solving and change management expertise to drive business value and growth.
- Administer JIRA and Confluence tools to support process implementation and improvement.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in project management or process implementation.
- Strong initiative, solution orientation, and business value view.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Fluent English (C2 level) and German language skills.
- Practical experience with agile/lean processes and methods is an advantage.
