We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Facility Engineer to join our team at Adecco Personaldienstleistungen GmbH. As a key member of our Aviation Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities and maintenance activities.

• Infrastructure Project Management: Plan and implement infrastructure projects, including electric systems, HVAC, and fire protection systems.
• Facility Maintenance: Perform and coordinate trouble shooting, maintenance, and repair activities for test and production facilities.
• Contract Management: Contract and manage facility service companies to ensure seamless integration of specialized equipment into building systems.
• Maintenance Framework: Lead the integration of a maintenance framework, PPM schedule (TPM), and related processes for the production facility/equipment.
• Root Cause Analysis: Identify facility-related issues and perform root cause analysis to ensure optimal functionality.

• Technical Qualifications: Completed technical apprenticeship, Bachelor of Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
• Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of work experience in a Facilities Engineering role or similar (apprenticeship will be credited).
• Language Skills: English and German language required.
