Lead Digital Marketing Strategist

Strategic Advisory Role:

  • Providing expert guidance on integrated digital communication initiatives for high-profile clients in multifaceted environments.
  • Formulating strategic plans for CRM and Loyalty programs, enhancing client value through advanced Marketing Automation techniques.
  • Consulting on data utilization and developing comprehensive Customer Journey strategies through CRM, Loyalty, and Marketing Automation initiatives.
  • Establishing the strategic groundwork for campaigns and crafting detailed campaign architectures and concepts for product introductions or brand enhancements.
  • Aligning strategies with client objectives and supporting them with quantifiable KPIs.
  • Choosing suitable marketing tools and channels while overseeing the implementation process.
  • Advising clients on advancing their marketing strategies in a data-centric and technologically progressive manner.
  • Coordinating both organic and paid marketing efforts while understanding optimal budget distributions.
  • Responsible for assessing success and analyzing performance within the overall strategy, deriving measures for optimization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in the strategic development of digital marketing campaigns, data-driven marketing, or Marketing Automation.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in a consulting capacity within an agency setting, focusing on Digital Marketing, Communication, or Strategy.
  • Proficiency in Account Management, Project Management, and project facilitation.
  • Expertise in creating strategies related to Marketing Automation, People-based Marketing, and Lead Generation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
