Job Description

Join our team at Willms Fleisch GmbH as a Personnel Specialist (m/w/d) and take on a challenging role in our HR department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the operational personnel work, including all personal-related processes from hiring to termination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the team in the operational personnel work, including all personal-related processes from hiring to termination.
  • Act as a contact person for employees in matters related to remuneration, social security, and labor law.
  • Ensure the maintenance of employee records, including time records and personnel files.
  • Handle correspondence with authorities, insurance companies, and health insurance funds.
  • Support the preparation of monthly payroll and salary statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of invoices and customer data.
  • Prepare evaluations and statistics.
Requirements:
  • Completed commercial training or equivalent professional experience.
  • Several years of experience in a comparable position would be desirable.
  • Enjoy working with people and have good communication skills.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
