Position Overview:

We are seeking a committed and skilled Head of Human Resources (m/f/d) to enhance our team at ATOS Orthoparc Klinik GmbH. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in guiding and organizing our HR division, ensuring the welfare of our workforce and the efficient functioning of our operations. Core Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and organize the HR division, managing a team of three professionals.
  • Lead the recruitment cycle from initiation to completion, including contract finalization and offboarding processes.
  • Enhance HR workflows and cultivate organizational structure and culture.
  • Serve as the main liaison for employees, management, and the works council.
  • Manage personnel analytics, workforce planning, and financial forecasting.
  • Assist in the preparation and evaluation of monthly payroll.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance on employee-related issues.
  • Conduct general administrative HR duties such as maintaining employee documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Extensive HR experience with a background in leadership.
  • Familiarity with clinical operations is advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
