We are seeking a highly skilled People & Culture Analytics Specialist to join our team at WEPA. As a key member of our Human Capital department, you will play a crucial role in leveraging advanced analytics to drive evidence-based decision-making, optimize workforce management, and enhance organizational performance.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • You will build the bridge between data science, People & Culture, and business operations, utilizing advanced analytics to drive strategic decision-making and optimize workforce management.
  • You will establish a comprehensive data and reporting system that provides real-time dashboards for various stakeholders, including People & Culture and sustainability teams.
  • You will champion the adoption of people analytics within WEPA, cultivating a data-driven mindset across the organization and promoting the use of data to inform business decisions.
  • You will implement a strategic workforce planning system to optimize resource allocation, conducting systematic forecasts of workforce demand and supply scenarios.
  • You will conduct a comprehensive assessment of current social and people-related sustainability practices and develop a roadmap to close existing gaps.

Your Ideal Profile:

  • You hold a university degree in Human Resources, Data Science, or a related field.
  • You possess a broad knowledge of sustainability reporting standards (CSRD, Ecovadis, Social Accountability Standards) and are proficient in data visualization tools.
  • You have project and stakeholder management skills, as well as a strong business acumen, translating data into actionable recommendations.
  • You are a team player with excellent communication skills, fostering collaboration and an open work environment.
  • You thrive in both independent and team-oriented work settings, with a structured approach ensuring high-quality deliverables and efficient project management.
  • Fluent English is essential, and good German skills are preferred.
