Job Description

As a Sales Associate - Food Dry Goods, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers in the food retail industry. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Service: You will provide exceptional customer service by being knowledgeable about our products and services, and by being responsive to customer needs and concerns.
  • Product Knowledge: You will have a deep understanding of our food dry goods products, including snacks, grains, baked goods, sweets, canned goods, and beverages.
  • Inventory Management: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring that our customers have access to the products they need.
  • Merchandising: You will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and ensuring that our products are presented in a way that is attractive to our customers.
  • Quality Control: You will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards, and that our customers have access to fresh and high-quality products.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Education: A degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or hospitality.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the food retail industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
