  • Du bist für die fallabschließende Bearbeitung von digitalen Anfragen unserer Kunden verantwortlich, die per Chat, Mail oder Telefon eingehen.
  • Du berätst unsere Kunden zu unseren Services und Tarifen und hilfst bei Fragen zu unserer unternehmenseigenen App.
  • Du kümmerst Dich um die Bearbeitung zu allen krankenversicherungsrelevanten Geschäftsvorfällen rund um den Versichertenbestand sowie Auskünfte zu Leistungsfällen.
  • Du unterstützt beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung unserer digitalen Wissensdatenbank.

Wir suchen nach einem erfahrenen und motivierten Senior Customer Support Agent, der unsere Kunden auf Augenhöhe berät und unterstützt. Du bist ein Teamplayer, der gerne eigenständig arbeitet und Verantwortung übernimmt. Du hast eine gute Sicht auf Prozesse und bist aufgeschlossen für neue Ideen.
