We are seeking an experienced Process Excellence Specialist to join our team in the greater Hamburg area. This role is crucial in driving process improvement initiatives and implementing automation strategies across our global organization.

• Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
• Work closely with Global Process Owners to identify and implement standardized processes across departments.
• Conduct process mapping workshops, root cause analysis, and gap analysis to drive sustainable improvements.
• Identify opportunities for process automation, focusing on areas that offer the highest impact and efficiency gains.
• Collaborate with the Application Management team to design and implement automation solutions that integrate seamlessly with business applications.
• Manage end-to-end project execution, from scoping and planning to implementation and evaluation, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or a similar role within a complex, global organization.
• Proven experience with Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred), and other process improvement methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of process automation, digital transformation, and familiarity with tools like RPA and workflow automation platforms.
• Experience working with SAP, SalesCloud, or similar enterprise applications, ideally in collaboration with IT or Application Management teams.
• Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives successfully.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is an advantage.
